I offer sessions at my cozy farm-based studio in Butler, KY and my long-standing Lexington location. No matter where you see me, you’ll get the same level of personal care, attention, and results-focused work.

What to Expect in a Session

My sessions aren’t silent “lay there and zone out” treatments — unless that’s what you want. I believe in keeping communication open so we can work together. Throughout your session, I’ll check in about what you’re feeling and experiencing, adjusting my approach to your comfort level.

I work at your pain tolerance — never beyond it. Using a simple pain scale of 1–5 (1 being light pressure, 5 being excruciating), I aim for a 2. That’s enough to let you know I’m in the right spot, but still comfortable so you can relax and breathe through the work.

Pain doesn’t just happen for no reason. Every muscle in the body is connected to nutrients, organs, acupuncture meridians, time of day, and emotions. Where you feel “ouch” tells me a lot about what’s going on. I combine this insight with a mix of techniques — myofascial release, massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy, pressure therapy, and energy work — paired with my background in nutrition, supplements, essential oils, and herbs.

You don’t have to live with your pain. My goal is to help you understand why the issue arose, give you tools to support your healing at home, and get you back to the things pain has taken from you — whether that’s time with family, your favorite hobbies, or simply feeling like yourself again.
